If you have never done this before, booking is simpler than it looks. Here is the order of things, step by step, so nothing feels uncertain.

First, you read through the therapists' profiles and choose someone you feel at ease with. Then you send a message with the day, the time, and the length you would like, usually sixty or ninety minutes. We confirm the details and where to meet, which is normally a private room or a hotel.

On the day, you arrive, and we begin slowly. There is no test to pass and no correct way to do this. If you would like to talk first, we talk. If you would rather be quiet, that is fine too.
