# 关于外国籍客人的预约与接待
预约前，请务必确认并理解以下内容：
- 我只接待日语非常流利，并且能够充分理解和尊重日本文化的客人。
- 接待及服务过程中，我只使用日语进行沟通，不提供英语或其他语言的接待服务。
- 具体来说，我会以客人已经提前确认相关规定，并且事先阅读过多篇其他客人的体验分享等内容为前提，要求外国籍客人具备与日本客人同等程度的事前了解。
- 由于过去曾多次遇到外国籍客人因不了解相关规定而导致我遭受重大损失的情况，因此，虽然这并非我本意，但我决定采取这样的接待方式。
- 请注意，这并不是店铺整体的规定，而仅适用于我个人，是我个人制定的接待条件。
- I only provide services to clients who are highly fluent in Japanese and who demonstrate a sufficient understanding of and respect for Japanese culture.
- All services and communication during the session are conducted in Japanese only. I do not provide services in English or any other language.
- More specifically, I accept international clients on the understanding that they have familiarized themselves with the rules in advance and have read multiple accounts of other clients’ experiences beforehand, just as a Japanese client would.
- I have had multiple experiences where a lack of understanding of the rules by international clients resulted in significant losses and damage to me personally. Although this is not something I would have preferred to do, I have therefore decided to adopt this policy.
- Please note that this is not a policy of the store as a whole. It applies solely to my own services and is my personal policy.
