It’s been 1 year and 1 month since I started working out seriously.
At first, I had no idea what I was doing, but now I’ve found a pace that works for me.

Lately, with some travel and studying, I haven’t had as much time to train,
but I’m trying to stay consistent—even if it’s just a little at a time.

Changes aren’t always dramatic, but I’ve definitely started noticing progress.
And more than anything, it’s helped build a bit of confidence.
