6/10 00:12 UP!
🎄Still in development 💪🏻#5🎄

It’s hard to believe, but it’s been exactly one year since I started working out seriously️
Over the past year, my body—and mindset—have changed little by little, and working out has become an important way for me to find balance both physically and mentally
That said, lately I haven’t been training as consistently because I’ve been busy with traveling and studying
But I think it’s okay to have slow periods like this—it makes me appreciate the gym even more when I get back into it.
By the way, I’m curious—what kind of body type do you like?
Super ripped? Naturally fit with a lean build?
Feel free to let me know!
I’ll keep doing my best at my own pace and in my own way
